TO ORDER
You can purchase our cream via the Rivaana Skincare websites (www.rivaana.com). We will do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible. After placing your order with Rivaana Skincare, you will automatically receive an overview of the purchase. Keep this safe for your administration.
PAYMENT
Rivaana Skincare uses Mollie payment systems, among others, for all payments. You can choose your preferred payment option without any additional costs. Payment will be debited from your account at the time your order is shipped. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If your payment card issuer refuses to pay or does not authorize payment to Rivaana Skincare, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order. We retain legal title to all merchandise until full payment is received by us.
DISPATCH
Rivaana Skincare ships your favorite products safely and traceably from the Netherlands. For orders over €75, no code is required to benefit from free shipping. Please note that this offer does not include any import duties.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For orders within the European Union, shipping is automatic. For shipments to countries outside the EU, please contact us at info@rivaana.com .
BUSINESS DAYS AND HOLIDAYS
We only ship on working days, so from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next working day.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us within 5 working days at info@rivaana.com .
RESPONSIBILITY AFTER SHIPPING
After leaving our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for your package. For lost or stolen packages during transport, please file a claim with the relevant courier. If you don't get a resolution, please notify us after submitting your claim and we will do our best to help.
CANCELLATION
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to info@rivaana.com as soon as possible. We will then try to remove the shipment from the order. We cannot guarantee this. When we are contacted, we will in any case keep you informed of the possible possibility.
DELIVERY
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, no later than within 3 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping in Europe on all orders over €75. We deliver to the address you enter when checking out, so be careful when entering your address and other information. We accept no liability for late or failed delivery if the address or other information provided is incorrect.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND COMPLAINTS
We hope that you will be satisfied with your order.
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We ask you to inform us of your revocation by email: info@rivaana.com .
Due to laws and regulations, we are only allowed to return the product if the seal has not been broken. Our jars are therefore sealed for various reasons. Goods may be returned to the following address:

Please note: the shipping costs are at your own expense .
We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage with tracking number from the post office. We are not responsible for your package until it is received at our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returns.
Upon correct receipt of your return and if it is in its original condition, you will be refunded the full (paid) price of the goods. Returns are normally processed within 7 working days from the moment they arrive at us. Once the refund has been processed, you will be refunded the full price of the products within 5-21 business days (please note that refund terms are dictated by the card issuers and are out of our control). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Rivaana Skincare reserves the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately pass to us when we refund any payment you made for the merchandise.
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for products not purchased on our website. You will need to contact the original place of purchase.
