The cream is produced in the Netherlands. The ingredients come from different countries. We only work with social and ecological companies with a love for nature.
All our products are shipped from our warehouse which is also located in the Netherlands.
We strive for worldwide shipping. For shipments outside Europe, we ask you to contact us. This can be done via info@rivaana.com.
Once the package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email from the carrier with tracking information that will allow you to track the package.
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. We can only change the delivery address if the order has not been processed and shipped. Send a message to info@rivaana.com.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can still cancel your order. Please contact our customer service at info@rivaana.com. If the order has already been shipped, our standard returns procedure applies.
Payment may take up to 24 hours to process depending on the bank and payment method you use. We recommend that you wait and check your bank statement.
There may be several reasons why you encounter a payment error. We request that you send an email about this to info@rivaana.com and we will investigate this for you as soon as possible. We will contact you about this.
At Rivaana Skincare, all transactions are processed through secure payment systems. The private payment data is immediately encrypted (SSL) and transferred to the bank. So it is safe.
An email will be sent to the customer once the return package has been processed. You can read more information about this in the shipping policy.
We can process this as a normal return, provided you can provide us with the order number or proof of purchase. Please note that the packaging must be in the same condition as you received it. The seal must be unopened.
Our orders are sent including a packing slip. We cannot pack these specially. Delivery to an address other than the billing address is possible.

During checkout there is an option to add a discount code. This option can be found above the 'place order' button, it says "Do you have a discount code".
The discount will be deducted and the final price will be recalculated.
No, we do not currently offer gift vouchers.
